Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Gení Cerreri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Luca Rouco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balabancıkspor the free kick. Luca Rouco hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gení Cerreri. Gení Cerreri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 14th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gení Cerreri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes, Şeray Ünverdi made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gení Cerreri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Balabancıkspor getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bektaş Veli Lütufkâr hit a great ball. Gení Cerreri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 28th minute of the match. Joel Gaona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gení Cerreri. Balabancıkspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Balabancıkspor getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Yavuz Çetinsoy hit a great ball. Gení Cerreri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 33rd minute of the match. Gení Cerreri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Balabancıkspor's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Gení Cerreri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Şeray Ünverdi made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Gení Cerreri threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luca Zorita, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Balabancıkspor were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Asaf Canatan took the corner. The corner ended in Asaf Canatan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. Gení Cerreri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 56th minute of play. Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Balabancıkspor from getting a goal against them. Gení Cerreri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 66th minute of play forced Balabancıkspor's goalkeeper Gení Cerreri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Macos Graciani. In the 69th minute Şeray Ünverdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gení Cerreri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 71st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Gení Cerreri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şeray Ünverdi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Asaf Canatan kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri. Gení Cerreri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gení Cerreri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Gení Cerreri in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gení Cerreri came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gení Cerreri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Macos Graciani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gení Cerreri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
