The supporters of LKS Skołyszyn booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolae Grecescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Edmunds Vaivaris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LKS Skołyszyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmunds Vaivaris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LKS Skołyszyn's Edmunds Vaivaris got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raimundo Palianza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Raimundo Palianza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Filip Fikus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in LKS Skołyszyn's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Zajac came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprian Rode, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. LKS Skołyszyn's Raimundo Palianza got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Fikus in the 81st minute. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
