Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Celtistas's Rodney Marines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nabucodonosor Campomanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodney Marines narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Celtistas booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorencio Abasalo in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Indar Gibert hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodney Marines having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorencio Abasalo in the 42nd minute of play. After 42 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Celtistas's Xabat Diaz. But to his dismay, Xabat Diaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nabucodonosor Campomanes was the one to do the kick off. Celtistas's Rodney Marines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 52nd minute of play. When Nabucodonosor Campomanes fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Celtistas's protests and gave Nabucodonosor Campomanes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Celtistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nabucodonosor Campomanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nabucodonosor Campomanes in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 57th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Nabucodonosor Campomanes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-3 in the 59 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Xicu Abascal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Kiko Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Celtistas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Indar Gibert didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Kiko Ferrer in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
