In the 9thth minute of the game Maximilian Johnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Maximilian Johnsson made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 20th minute of the match HEJA ESLÖV got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Deci Liberatore ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Ion Stârcea to score against Jonathan Ferrant in Venezuela's goal. 2-0 after 20 minutes. After 23 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Erik Askelöf was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Maximilian Johnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 39 minutes, Gustav Ahlroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HEJA ESLÖV and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to HEJA ESLÖV getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gustav Ahlroth hit a great ball. When Maximilian Johnsson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the HEJA ESLÖV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximilian Johnsson couldn't finish the play. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Maximilian Johnsson made the kick off in the second half. HEJA ESLÖV's Deci Liberatore got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ion Stârcea, made in the 59th minute of the game. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joacim Brolin hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's Ion Stârcea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Johnsson came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximilian Johnsson in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to HEJA ESLÖV getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Joacim Brolin hit a great ball.
