Wei Chao Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 7th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi. Wei Chao Yi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa had great luck who in the 17thth minute grab hold of the ball when Jonatan Tolino from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Octavio Vellito was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo el Divague's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Deportivo el Divague's Jonatan Tolino to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Lacasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Antonio Rüdiger charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Rüdiger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Deportivo el Divague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Rüdiger to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Deportivo el Divague's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Wei Chao Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Macos Graciani made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Deportivo el Divague's Bernardino Kelemen. A collision led to Deportivo el Divague getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Alonzo Tercero hit a great ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when Deportivo el Divague was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wei Chao Yi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wei Chao Yi having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Alonzo Tercero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wei Chao Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wei Chao Yi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Liu Feng Quan to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Deportivo el Divague got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Kelemen. In the 58th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. If Jonatan Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wei Chao Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. With a little luck, Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Deportivo el Divague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Chuan to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Wei Chao Yi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Hermengildo Txanton charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Txanton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, Deportivo el Divague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Txanton to maneuver through the defense. Wei Chao Yi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 90th minute of the match. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo el Divague's goalie prevented a goal. Wei Chao Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 98 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wei Chao Yi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Deportivo el Divague fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
