When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Matvey Epanchin to make any attempt to save it. Mikhail Hromchenko took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Dynamite's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Eliseo Mina scored to the left of an out of position Matvey Epanchin, making the score, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Mikhail Hromchenko made the kick off in the second half. Matvey Epanchin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 50th minute of the match. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. 86 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matvey Epanchin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dynamite's goalkeeper Matvey Epanchin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matvey Epanchin. Matvey Epanchin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. 93 minutes into the game, Rafael Gallo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Matvey Epanchin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Peru were the better team. Peru's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
