Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kartal Oğuz came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Joel Gaona fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kartal Oğuz, passed just outside the right post. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Abraão came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kartal Oğuz. FC VULTURII LUGOJ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Corrêa in the 21st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Rafael Corrêa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 31st minute Mauro Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kartal Oğuz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 34th minute of the match. Facundo Cadaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kartal Oğuz having to interfere. Kartal Oğuz made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 39th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute of play forced FC VULTURII LUGOJ's goalkeeper Kartal Oğuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Corrêas short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Dante Lacasa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kartal Oğuz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Gong Guang Yao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Gong Guang Yao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC VULTURII LUGOJ's Luis Figo was substituted for Rafael Corrêa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 75th minute of play forced FC VULTURII LUGOJ's goalkeeper Kartal Oğuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kartal Oğuz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Gong Guang Yao could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. After 83 played minutes FC VULTURII LUGOJ got a freekick which was hit by Leontin Trifu. After 90 minutes of play, FC VULTURII LUGOJ's Gong Guang Yao made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute Octavian Vulcănescu suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Mancebo during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
