A sloppy throw-in by Karin Juniors in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 15 minutes into the game, Karin Juniors threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Peru's Milagros Fraga got a free kick in the 16th minute. Peanut Lord was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Slipmaskinerna's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Zorion Carić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Slipmaskinerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rami Funes Mori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zorion Carić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zorion Carić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Slipmaskinerna's goalie prevented a goal. Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 33rd minute of play. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Slipmaskinerna defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zorion Carić. The Slipmaskinerna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zorion Carić should have stopped the shot.

Zorion Carić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 52nd minute of play. When Julian Murillo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 54 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Zorion Carić was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 56 minutes, Rami Funes Mori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slipmaskinerna and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Slipmaskinerna from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zorion Carić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonso Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Rami Funes Mori threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Luz Tejedor quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julian Murillo scored 0-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zorion Carić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Mastur Bates's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. A collision led to Slipmaskinerna getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Antonin Laruelle hit a great ball. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 85th minute, Antonin Laruelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zorion Carić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milagros Fraga in the 87th minute. Mastur Bates scored 1-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Slipmaskinerna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
