Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenny Ugla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute Tim Brenner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Tim Brenner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nils-Emil Carlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Tim Brenner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Ferfecki in the 32nd minute of play. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Alebeck in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Tim Brenner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Alebeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, PacMan SugarEaters's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Kenny Ugla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tim Brenner went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliseo Noboa during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. PacMan SugarEaters's Kenny Ugla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to PacMan SugarEaters getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Basarab Savin hit a great ball. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 66th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Ferfecki got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-3 in the right cross in the 68th match minute before Benito Sanz had time to react. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Tim Brenner managed to get in a good position for a shot. PacMan SugarEaters's supporters rose to their feet, but Tim Brenner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Costa Rica fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! In the 73rd minute of the game, PacMan SugarEaters got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 77th minute of play forced PacMan SugarEaters's goalkeeper Kenny Ugla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Jan Lind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in PacMan SugarEaters's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenny Ugla came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kenny Ugla came out of the goal in the 99th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig. But to his dismay, Lautaro Puig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4.
