After 7 minutes, Orlando Tafalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colombia and the Real Fénix FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Aguilera in the 16th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Eustaquio Aguilera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Sarmiento got free with Zachary Falkiewicz in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Joshua Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Real Fénix FC's Zachary Falkiewicz got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zachary Falkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Real Fénix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Abeita to maneuver through the defense. Real Fénix FC's Zachary Falkiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Real Fénix FC from getting a goal against them. Zachary Falkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 36th minute of play. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Real Fénix FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. Eustaquio Aguilera took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Axel Montenegro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Real Fénix FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Simon Atarratze hit a great ball. Axel Montenegro scored 1-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zachary Falkiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Aguilera to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Kevin Mastache notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Real Fénix FC's Zachary Falkiewicz. Zachary Falkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 54th minute of play forced Real Fénix FC's goalkeeper Zachary Falkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachary Falkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Real Fénix FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Real Fénix FC made a substitution. Fabián Londoño replaced Mario Goren. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. The throw-in from Jeronimo Abeita in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Antonio Indiano. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Fabián Londoño capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabián Londoño really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Fabián Londoño who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Pedro Manzanares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The throw-in from Jeronimo Abeita in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Abram Secada. Real Fénix FC's Zachary Falkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 76th minute of play. Zachary Falkiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Mastache's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ignacio Mastache put it in 5-3 from a short distance just to the right of Zachary Falkiewicz. In the 82nd minute, Eustaquio Aguilera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Real Fénix FC's Fabián Londoño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-4. 94 minutes into the match, Real Fénix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Zachary Falkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Real Fénix FC for a fine match.
