Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Luisito Marino started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sabalero's Emilio Bibiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rômulo Guerra got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Rômulo Guerra kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rômulo Guerra. After 14 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Covarrubias. After 16 played minutes Sabalero got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Esparteiro. In the 17th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisito Marino. 21 minutes into the match, Sabalero's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Emilio Bibiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Rômulo Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rômulo Guerra in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Bibiano. Sabalero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 38th minute, Luisito Marino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Sabalero's Rômulo Guerra. But to his dismay, Rômulo Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Rômulo Guerra took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Bibiano having to interfere. When Sabalero's Luisito Marino in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 63rd minute of play forced Sabalero's goalkeeper Emilio Bibiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabalero's Rômulo Guerra got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Marino in the 67th minute of play. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Emilio Bibiano made a huge save. Emilio Bibiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 69th minute of play. Emilio Bibiano made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Rômulo Guerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Uruguay's Francisco Seco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emilio Bibiano. Emilio Bibiano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-2. Sabalero's Basilio Eneko was substituted for Luisito Marino. In the 83rd minute Rômulo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Guerra in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sabalero had won after a very even match.
