Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Charles Wambui kicked off to start the match. Charles Wambui took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charles Wambui. In the 11th minute Charles Wambui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The nice shot from Charles Wambui in the 17thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Benito Sanz had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tatooine Local Club's Fazul Mwaura shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When Charles Wambui came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Tatooine Local Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Wambui couldn't finish the play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazul Mwaura, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fazul Mwaura got free with Benito Sanz in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Tatooine Local Club's Fredrick Ntalami slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-0 after 31 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Fredrick Ntalami kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrick Ntalami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Fazul Mwaura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Tasis charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Tasis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute Dennis Wanjohi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Charles Wambui struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tatooine Local Club. Fazul Mwaura struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute, Fazul Mwaura made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charles Wambui's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After having played for 66 minutes, Fredrick Ntalami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tatooine Local Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrick Ntalami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Fredrick Ntalami put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Wambui in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charles Wambui in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Myles Khayeshe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Wambui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Charles Wambui notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fredrick Ntalami scored 8-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Wambui came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Charles Wambui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Charles Wambui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Tatooine Local Club booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Myles Khayeshe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tatooine Local Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Myles Khayeshe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Tatooine Local Club were the better team. Tatooine Local Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
