Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abraham Alguacil in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvinho Dracena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Guardiões da Muralha FC defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvinho Dracena. The Guardiões da Muralha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvinho Dracena should have stopped the shot. Silvinho Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cléber Maia scored 2-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Breno de Andrade got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-2. After 43 minutes of play, Guardiões da Muralha FC's Cléber Maia made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno de Andrade in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cléber Maia was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Abraham Alguacil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tiaguinho Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. Tiaguinho Amaral's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiaguinho Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Guardiões da Muralha FC's Silvinho Dracena got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvinho Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Miguel Miralles hit a great ball. Cléber Maia took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléber Maia in the 74th minute of the match. Silvinho Dracena made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Panama booed when Guardiões da Muralha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber Maia came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 5-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvinho Dracena was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Silvinho Dracena made a huge save. The Guardiões da Muralha FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
