After 13 minutes, Serter Saygın mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC RESURRECTION and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serter Saygın hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 18th match minute, FC RESURRECTION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Battal Değer to maneuver through the defense. Cabbar Cesimi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 20th minute of the match. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Baransel Tugay sent off a good shot on target. After 25 played minutes FC RESURRECTION got a freekick which was hit by Baransel Tugay. Cabbar Cesimi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Alphonse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Alkın Özguc in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haiti's Felix Dorval. In the 29th minute, Ernso Constant got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haiti's Noel Seide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Haiti from getting a goal against them. FC RESURRECTION's Cabbar Cesimi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philippe Ambroise in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC RESURRECTION's Battal Değer got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Alphonse to make the kick off. FC RESURRECTION's Battal Değer got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Seyfullah Perinçek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noel Seide was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game.
