In the 15th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- the free kick. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Francesco Di Luca struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Salvador Gisbert hit a great ball. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Jacob Rawlings got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute 陈思俊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Oravițan having to interfere. After the first half FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dacian Oravițan came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marques Navas hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Grigore Blăniță was substituted for Jacob Rawlings. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- made a substitution. Giovanny Panhuijsen replaced Panait Stănciulescu. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Nusret Rıfkı was substituted for 陈思俊. In the 58thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Dacian Oravițan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Grigore Blăniță showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. After 76th play minutes Grigore Blăniță shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francesco Di Luca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 87 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Grigore Blăniță notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Grigore Blăniță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere.
