Adelino Vilanova hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Augustin Tudoran let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 5th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. 10 minutes into the game, Gabriel Tatu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Afonso Castanheira. Gabriel Tatu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Renato Alves took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nistor Porumbescu. Nistor Porumbescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 18th minute, Bogdan Bogdanović made a precise shot to the right of Afonso Castanheira. AD Pontassolense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Gabriel Tatu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Castanheira having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, AD Pontassolense's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Ciulei came free, but Afonso Castanheira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Bogdan Bogdanović could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Afonso Castanheira however easily saved by the left post. 41 minutes into the match, Marin Ciulei notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of AD Pontassolense's Afonso Castanheira. Afonso Castanheira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 44 played minutes AD Pontassolense got a freekick which was hit by Gervásio Anjos. Gervásio Anjos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nistor Porumbescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

Club 23's Marin Ciulei quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Álvaro Carvalho, made in the 50th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Tatu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Castanheira was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Bogdan Bogdanović scored 5-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Afonso Castanheira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Afonso Castanheira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Bogdanović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Bogdanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. AD Pontassolense's Afonso Castanheira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Tatu in the 84th minute of play. Bogdan Bogdanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th minute, Volodya Kirov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club 23 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1.
