But to his dismay, Marcus Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Umberto Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Szczepan Kolacki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teobald Orling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Marcus Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Teobald Orling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A beautiful save bye Nadodrze Wrocław's goalie prevented a goal. Teobald Orling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Diniz's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 77 minutes Nadodrze Wrocław's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valdir Neves who took care of the corner kick. Valdir Neves made a great header on Goiás Esporte Clube's corner, it was just that Nadodrze Wrocław's Teobald Orling managed to reach the ball for a save. Teobald Orling was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcus Diniz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 83 minute of play. The Goiás Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Goiás Esporte Clube's Marcus Diniz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 90thth minute of the game Marcus Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nadodrze Wrocław's Teobald Orling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94th play minutes Marcus Diniz shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Teobald Orling and just under the crossbar into goal. Goiás Esporte Clube played a much better game than Nadodrze Wrocław and deserved their victory. The Nadodrze Wrocław players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
