An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 14th minute of play forced Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Reynaldo Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nike Cavia in the 16th minute of the match. The corner ended in Milán Seres almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Jaume was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Jácint Simon in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mexico's Leonardo Leoz. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nike Cavia was the one to do the kick off. If Nike Cavia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Szittyák SE rege's Reynaldo Jaume proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Szittyák SE rege from getting a goal against them. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Jaume read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Reynaldo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Reynaldo Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 78th minute of play. Szittyák SE rege made a substitution. Kornél Varga replaced József Földvári. Szittyák SE rege's László Gácsi was substituted for Nike Cavia. Cristiano Ronald kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Reynaldo Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, László Gácsi put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Szittyák SE rege were victorious despite being under pressure from Mexico for much of the match.
