Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mats Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ultra Boys's zone, Maximiliano Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mats Bruse came out of the goal and Maximiliano Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute of the game Emil Löfgren made a throw-in which William Ekeberg played forward. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes, Åke Walmarsson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ernst Stenqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Uruguay's Francisco Seco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mats Bruse. Mats Bruse yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Mats Bruse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Mats Bruse skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arne Martinsson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Mats Bruse made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Åke Walmarsson made the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Bruno Beldad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Ultra Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mats Bruse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 55th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Stenqvist in the 56th minute of play. Mats Bruse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Bruse having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mats Bruse saved Ultra Boys from getting behind. 85 minutes in the game, Francisco Seco dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Ultra Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Mats Bruse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Uruguay had played much better football throughout.
