Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzo Eleizalde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonzo Eleizalde. Gonzo Eleizalde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Gonzo Eleizalde in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orlanda Orantes hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Joel Gaona kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gonzo Eleizalde. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. Gonzo Eleizalde was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lautaro Mancebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 23 minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Gay in the 28th minute of play. Gonzo Eleizalde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Gonzo Eleizalde. ☆Charallave☆'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzo Eleizalde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After 63 played minutes ☆Charallave☆ got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Barbanera. The supporters of Mexico booed when ☆Charallave☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlanda Orantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ☆Charallave☆'s Ernesto Barbanera got a free kick in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, ☆Charallave☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Gonzo Eleizalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Facundo Cadaval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzo Eleizalde having to interfere. ☆Charallave☆'s Gonzo Eleizalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of play. Gonzo Eleizalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Xurde Balbanea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☆Charallave☆'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. 81 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzo Eleizalde. ☆Charallave☆'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Gonzo Eleizalde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Gonzo Eleizalde came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Ruben Gay sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the match, ☆Charallave☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Gonzo Eleizalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonzo Eleizalde was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 97th minute, Alberto Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Mexico walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
