Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aquiles Medina kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Medina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aquiles Medina sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. A collision led to Real Racing Club getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Marciano Orlondon hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Oscar Constancio in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 13th minute. Oscar Constancio made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. Ivan Ferman made in the 18th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Oscar Constancio was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Maximiliano Escribano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maximiliano Escribano really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Aquiles Medina sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Medina's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Oscar Constancio in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Medina in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Aquiles Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Aquiles Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Aquiles Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Real Racing Club's Aquiles Medina in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Real Racing Club getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ivan Ferman hit a great ball. After having played for 48 minutes, Jaime Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Uruguay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Racing Club were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Aquiles Medina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 64th minute, Marciano Orlondon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Constancio. Real Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Marciano Orlondon hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Maximiliano Escribano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Higinio Santiago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Higinio Santiago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alberto Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, Real Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Lixandro to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Constancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Cazalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Constancio came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla. But to his dismay, Jaime Cazalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3.
