Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Samson Kalekye made the kick off and thus started the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Samson Kalekye kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 in the 2 minute of play. After 7 played minutes Restaurante Salento got a freekick which was hit by Walter Chelanga. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Richard Israel sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's Sebastian Villa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Walter Chelanga in the 21 minute of the game. In the 22nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. Restaurante Salento's Chuma Mwangi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lautaro Navarro but with some difficulty. Samson Kalekye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valentín Carvallo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Restaurante Salento. Robert Kiplagat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lautaro Navarro. 3-0. In the 33rd minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ngethe Mutuku saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Tony Githongo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Tony Githongo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Njuguna Kiplagat in the 43 minute of the game. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Walter Chelanga made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 46th minute of the game was made by Walter Chelanga with Tony Githongo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.

After 52 played minutes Restaurante Salento got a freekick which was hit by Walter Chelanga. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Njuguna Kiplagat made in the 57th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Richard Israel immediately put the ball in play. Njuguna Kiplagat made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Walter Chelanga. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samson Kalekye in the 63rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ngethe Mutuku breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Israel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ngethe Mutuku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amos Chepchumba kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game was made by Njuguna Kiplagat with Walter Chelanga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Robert Kiplagat kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Restaurante Salento's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
