When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Fernando Marinho sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. 13 minutes into the match, Fernando Marinho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 15th minute of play forced FC ICEWIND DALE's goalkeeper Kuno Lüdimõis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kuno Lüdimõis. Kuno Lüdimõis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC ICEWIND DALE's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fernando Marinho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 27 minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 32nd minute of play forced FC ICEWIND DALE's goalkeeper Kuno Lüdimõis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. 39 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Marinho came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Colombia fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Colombia's Axel Montenegro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Kuno Lüdimõis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute of the match, Axel Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kuno Lüdimõis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Marinho in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Fernando Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Fernando Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Kuno Lüdimõis made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. Kuno Lüdimõis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacio Mastache scored 4-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kuno Lüdimõis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pascual Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Pascual Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Marinho went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save FC ICEWIND DALE from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC ICEWIND DALE's Ismail Perin got a free kick in the 93rd minute. FC ICEWIND DALE's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
