Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Lidingö's Karl Gallberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lidingö's goalie prevented a goal. 6 minutes into the game, Lidingö's Karl Gallberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Karl Gallberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Marcos Cotilla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 16th minute Ulf Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Gallberg in the 18th minute of play. Jan Dalgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Dalgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Karl Gallberg sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Pilblad in the 27th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Dalgren came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Felipe Ros lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Lidingö booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Alguacil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jörn Brovall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lidingö's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörn Brovall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lidingö's Malcolm Pilblad got a free kick in the 58th minute. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl Gallberg's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, Lidingö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gelu Cornoiu to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Malcolm Pilblad notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Malcolm Pilblad took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 79th minute Ulf Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Dalgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ingvar Matsson fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lidingö's protests and gave Ingvar Matsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lidingö's Ingvar Matsson got a free kick in the 85th minute. Jan Dalgren was a little too slow when Isidoro Sarmiento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 4-2. A collision led to Lidingö getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ingvar Matsson hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Pilblad in the 92nd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Gallberg in the 94th minute of play.
