After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Mariano Canal got a free kick in the 15th minute. Claudio Aznar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 32 minutes, Dacio Lara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo O IRIXO and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrei Gil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Aznar having to interfere. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Claudio Aznar made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Antonio Recio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Claudio Aznar didn't even have to move. Claudio Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Carita to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Club Deportivo O IRIXO getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Andrei Gil hit a great ball. After 71 minutes of play, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Fermín Trujillo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Claudio Aznar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. Claudio Aznar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 78th minute. Claudio Aznar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute of the match, Tomas Berganza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudio Aznar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Claudio Aznar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Panama players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
