Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Constantino Idacio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Raimond Lenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Constantino Idacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Hernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Raimond Lenk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Nunez Hernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piratas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimond Lenk. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Francesco during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Francesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Lenk having to interfere. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Sebastián Puig in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Idacio charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantino Idacio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Idacio. Kryspin Degutis hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raimond Lenk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kryspin Degutis to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Raimond Lenk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Raimond Lenk however easily saved by the left post. Raimond Lenk was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-2. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Idacio in the 73rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Spyros Zacharioudakis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Lenk having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Raimond Lenk made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Piratas FC throughout the match.
