During this time Mantequillosos CF's players had a chance to rest. Hitz Carceles made a great header on Mantequillosos CF's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. If Tanek Sniegowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Mantequillosos CF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Niceto Albizua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hori Marquez in the 13th minute of play. The Mantequillosos CF fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Mantequillosos CF's Tanek Sniegowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niceto Albizua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manel Ramiréz hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Niceto Albizua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tanek Sniegowski made a kick off. Niceto Albizua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Niceto Albizua made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Mantequillosos CF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Mantequillosos CF's Niceto Albizua managed to reach the ball for a save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mantequillosos CF's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Albizua came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th match minute, Mantequillosos CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Okhoropir Bitsadze to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mantequillosos CF throughout the match.
