Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Sniegowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niceto Albizua was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th minute, Fernandão Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Albizua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Albizua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of the match. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Mantequillosos CF's Tanek Sniegowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 19th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Albizua was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Niceto Albizua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced Mantequillosos CF's goalkeeper Niceto Albizua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mantequillosos CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Luis Andino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Niceto Albizua quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, Mantequillosos CF's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Niceto Albizua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play forced Mantequillosos CF's goalkeeper Niceto Albizua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mantequillosos CF's Niceto Albizua did a great save. In the 42nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Albizua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Tanek Sniegowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mantequillosos CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tanek Sniegowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 57th minute Tanek Sniegowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Tanek Sniegowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Tello Negro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Mantequillosos CF's goalkeeper Niceto Albizua had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Mantequillosos CF's Tanek Sniegowski. But to his dismay, Tanek Sniegowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niceto Albizua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Sniegowski in the 83rd minute of play. Niceto Albizua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Tanek Sniegowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mantequillosos CF's Niceto Albizua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Hori Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Albizua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 95th minute of the match. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Mantequillosos CF to leave the ground with a draw.
