Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Wassberg in the 14th minute of the match. Östen Vennersten charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Östen Vennersten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thomas Wassberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Thomas Wassberg slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 21st minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when George Svensson sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 28 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Östen Vennersten hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kristoffer Nyberg hit a great ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Vallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Wassberg in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Wassberg was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's Thomas Wassberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Kristoffer Nyberg with Alex Vallin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. MAFFIAN made a substitution. Hugo Nyman replaced Rudolf Josefsson. When Gunde Svan came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the MAFFIAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunde Svan couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 62 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Aron Dahlbom managed to make a qualified save. MAFFIAN's players were relieved. After having played for 66 minutes, Alex Vallin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAFFIAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Vallin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MAFFIAN's Dennis Edström was substituted for George Svensson. MAFFIAN's Torgny Mogren was substituted for Thomas Wassberg. In the 74th minute, Alex Vallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Dahlbom having to interfere. Torgny Mogren scored 6-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 84 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Aron Dahlbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Alf Säfström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aron Dahlbom. MAFFIAN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 95th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2.
