In the 5th match minute, Montesacro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Julien to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Giacomo Casanova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giacomo Casanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Paolo Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montesacro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Rossi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giacomo Casanova showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giacomo Casanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Cassius Byrne made a precise shot to the right of Giacomo Casanova. Montesacro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Giacomo Casanova showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's Paolo Rossi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 34th minute of play. Giacomo Casanova stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Mcdonald's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Montesacro FC's zone, Edward Mcdonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giacomo Casanova came out of the goal and Edward Mcdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loco Palermo made a kick off. Giacomo Casanova made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. Giacomo Casanova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 60th minute of play. Giacomo Casanova didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Monty Rogers went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giacomo Casanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juliusz Julien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Giacomo Casanova made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Campbell came free, but Giacomo Casanova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Mcdonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giacomo Casanova having to interfere. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes Montesacro FC got a freekick which was hit by Errikos Tsirigopoulos. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. In the 90th match minute, Montesacro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Errikos Tsirigopoulos to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes of play, USA's Sam Campbell made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giacomo Casanova was left in no man's land by his defense there! USA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
