Feliberto Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Kiewit in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Johan Kiewit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 11 played minutes Bermejo Club got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Eufemio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Munio saved Bermejo Club from getting behind. With his leg Leandro Munio managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Colombia's Axel Montenegro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Axel Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Leandro Munio to make any attempt to save it. 21 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's Johan Kiewit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Orlando Tafalla hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bermejo Club's Feliberto Tauro got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Joshua Garrido got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leandro Munio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Axel Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leandro Munio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Axel Montenegro got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 30th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. In the 34th minute, Samuel Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Kiewit in the 38th minute of play. Leandro Munio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the game, David Hulberto threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Antonio Indiano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Johan Kiewit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bermejo Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Kiewit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

In the 54th minute of the game Pascual Carballar made a throw-in which Kevin Mastache played forward. 55 minutes into the game, Colombia's Santino Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Munio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Bermejo Club's Leandro Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 62nd minute of play. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bermejo Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Cazalla heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Bermejo Club's Leandro Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 70th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Munio saved Bermejo Club from getting behind. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. After a rather tough play, Bermejo Club's King Nanuk got a free kick in the 81st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorio Nikola in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Hulberto made in the 91st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ruperto Theobald. 92 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's Honorio Nikola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Honorio Nikola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 2-3. The Colombia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bermejo Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Bermejo Club.
