Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to KS DEX getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Banas hit a great ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KS DEX's Witold Odachowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Augustyn came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witold Odachowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miromir Augustyn in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Witold Odachowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Miromir Augustyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KS DEX's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Witold Odachowski came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wlodzimierz Banas made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wawrzyniec Bochynski. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, KS DEX's Ignacy Sidor got a free kick in the 51st minute. Wojciech Matela made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lucjan Pasterski. KS DEX were furious when Michal Pisarczyk was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 57 played minutes KS DEX got a freekick which was hit by Michal Pisarczyk. After a defensive mix-up in KS DEX's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Witold Odachowski came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jose Correa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Witold Odachowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, KS DEX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Pasterski to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Witold Odachowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. KS DEX's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 82nd minute, Wawrzyniec Bochynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witold Odachowski having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Miromir Augustyn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. The Venezuela supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Venezuela would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
