Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Johan Kiewit took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Leandro Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Leandro Munio came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Luz Tejedor. But to his dismay, Luz Tejedor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Bermejo Club's Ruperto Theobald got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 21st match minute, Bermejo Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Tauro to maneuver through the defense. Leandro Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Bermejo Club getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Basilio Beltxe hit a great ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute of the match Bermejo Club got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feliberto Tauro ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which King Nanuk managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 32nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Peru's Luz Tejedor in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bermejo Club's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Bermejo Club getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. David Hulberto hit a great ball. In the 37th match minute, Bermejo Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Hulberto to maneuver through the defense. Leandro Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Joaquin Prats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute Honorio Nikola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Murillo to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Tauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Nikola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 61st minute of play forced Bermejo Club's goalkeeper Leandro Munio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bermejo Club getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Narciso Teixeira hit a great ball. With a little luck, Bermejo Club's Leandro Munio got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Leandro Munio made a huge save. Leandro Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 81st minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. After 83 minutes Bermejo Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Antonio Tenorio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Munio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Peru booed when Bermejo Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. King Nanuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Bermejo Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peru's performance. The match ended with a win for Peru.
