Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, BK Gunilla's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Axel Thidén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Timmy Skog sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Axel Thidén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Månsson during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to BK Gunilla getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Tobias Månsson hit a great ball. Timmy Skog had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Nils-Åke Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Timmy Skog did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Benito Sanz 31 minutes into the match. Otto Smitt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when BK Gunilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Smitt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in BK Gunilla's zone, Lautaro Puig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Thidén came out of the goal and Lautaro Puig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 46 played minutes BK Gunilla got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Britz. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Timmy Skog made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, BK Gunilla's William Olenberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Skog in the 54th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Eliseo Noboa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 61 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Skog came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Puig blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Axel Thidén having to make a save. After having played for 68 minutes, Timmy Skog managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Gunilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Skog was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, BK Gunilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Månsson to maneuver through the defense. Nils-Åke Johansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Otto Smitt made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timmy Skog in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Thidén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Skog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Alan Moruga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Gunilla the free kick. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 91 played minutes, BK Gunilla's Oskar Britz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BK Gunilla reached it. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Eliseo Noboa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BK Gunilla's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
