Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when George Buzoianu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Gurlui in the 3rd minute of the match. George Buzoianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Iosif Gurlui put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. George Buzoianu might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Buzoianu ran back to his position shaking his head. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Buzoianu in the 20th minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bertie Johnson kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If George Buzoianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pavel Dordea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, George Buzoianu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Baia Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iosif Gurlui in the 47th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half F.C. Baia Mare -MM- were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, George Buzoianu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Baia Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when George Buzoianu tried to sneak it across the goal line. George Buzoianus short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Bruno Barrett to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. George Buzoianu in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruno Barrett, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. George Buzoianu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. In the 66th minute, George Buzoianu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Baia Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 72nd minute Iosif Gurlui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Iosif Gurlui kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Barrett. That made the score 0-7 in the 75 minute of play. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Octavian Podgoreanu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bruno Barrett but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Buzoianu got free with Bruno Barrett in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute Iosif Gurlui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by George Buzoianu. George Buzoianu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Bruno Barrett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Filip Mihele took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
