The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Miroslav Smola in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miroslav Smola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 9th minute. In the 15th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Indiano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremiah Salter in the 16th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA's Jeremiah Salter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Korneliusz Antoszewski scored 1-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Jeremiah Salter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Jeremiah Salter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miroslav Smola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Zawada. After 41 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Lacasa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremiah Salter in the 43rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Pârlog in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Jeremiah Salter sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Miroslav Smola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA's Miroslav Smola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA's goalkeeper Miroslav Smola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 74th minute of play forced DACIA UNIREA BRĂILA's goalkeeper Miroslav Smola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Antoszewski in the 75th minute of the match. Miroslav Smola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Miroslav Smola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
