With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petter Lund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Petter Lund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Christer Rönn hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Per-Åke Holmgren fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lillhärdal BF's protests and gave Per-Åke Holmgren a yellow card for diving instead. Per-Åke Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Espinar came free, but Petter Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lillhärdal BF were furious when Christer Rönn was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 27th match minute, Lillhärdal BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Rönn to maneuver through the defense. Olof Carlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lillhärdal BF's Petter Lund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Lillhärdal BF from getting a goal against them. Petter Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Petter Lund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Petter Lund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Sandberg made a kick off. Petter Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 53rd minute of play forced Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Petter Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Lillhärdal BF defense, Luca Espinar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petter Lund. The Lillhärdal BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petter Lund should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute, Christian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petter Lund was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 65th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 69th minute of play forced Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Petter Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Petter Lund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Petter Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Lillhärdal BF's Petter Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Espinar in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petter Lund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
