After 12 minutes, Hüsamettin Civanmert made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 16 in the game by Axel Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Motta Rello managed to make a qualified save. San Michele AFC's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 18th minute of play forced San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by San Michele AFC's Anastasio Tome. But to his dismay, Anastasio Tome quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsamettin Civanmert in the 31st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Motta Rello successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 39th minute Ziemowit Kinic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Motta Rello made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute Hüsamettin Civanmert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Motta Rello, 1-2. After the first half San Michele AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, San Michele AFC's Edgard Galván got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Motta Rello having to make a save. In the 55th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Motta Rello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Motta Rello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 57th minute of play. After 69 played minutes San Michele AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hüsamettin Civanmert. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. In the 71st match minute, San Michele AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüsamettin Civanmert to maneuver through the defense. Motta Rello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Secada, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Ziemowit Kinic fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pedro Manzanares, passed just outside the right post. The San Michele AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Colombia from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
