Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Serafim Catranides made the kick off and thus started the match. After 5 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Gabi Golanski. Nicolás DAndrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Defensores del Ángel Gris's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Serafim Catranides tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolás DAndrea. Defensores del Ángel Gris's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolás DAndrea having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemente Gorbea during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Defensores del Ángel Gris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Gorbea to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleuterio Chabier got free with Julio Vera in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolás DAndrea was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Eleuterio Chabier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolás DAndrea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After 47 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolás DAndrea was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Nicolás DAndrea however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicolás DAndrea came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 53rd minute. Eleuterio Chabier's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Chabier helped the player get up and apologised. The long shot by Daniel Zorita in the 57th minute really tested Nicolás DAndrea's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Defensores del Ángel Gris's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Nicolás DAndrea, making the score, 0-5. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolás DAndrea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nicolás DAndrea was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores del Ángel Gris's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolás DAndrea came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 84th minute. The corner ended in Agustín Saelices almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea did a great save. In the 86th match minute, Defensores del Ángel Gris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Blai to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicolás DAndrea. The goal made the score 0-7. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolás DAndrea having to interfere.
