Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Seco got the match started through his kick off. If Zheko Kraychev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Escobar in the 5th minute of play. Martín Ulloa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Francisco Seco in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Juan Benavides, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Francisco Seco came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juan Benavides could save by the left post. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Benavides having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Humberto Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Benavides was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Francisco Seco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francisco Seco really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martín Ulloa in the 29th minute of the match. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Martín Ulloa got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Martín Ulloa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martín Ulloa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Escalona in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Beldad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martín Ulloa struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ►Las Mercedes F.C◄. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Escobar in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guillermo Escalona kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Ren Peng Fei hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Benavides. Juan Benavides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Juan Benavides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 70th minute of play. Juan Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Juan Benavides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Martín Ulloa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 2-2.
