After 13 minutes, Paulo Pinho made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Gaitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 26 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 27th minute, Paulo Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Gaitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 minutes of play, NoMoreMoneyForMZ's Paulo Pinho made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, NoMoreMoneyForMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Cândido Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Gaitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Paulo Pinho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pinho in the 48th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half NoMoreMoneyForMZ were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cândido Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 57th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Pinho got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when NoMoreMoneyForMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to NoMoreMoneyForMZ getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Urbano Gaitano hit a great ball. NoMoreMoneyForMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
