Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marek Pruss started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marek Pruss went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Marek Pruss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Jekot in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hans Kihlman who took care of the corner kick. The corner led przepoczwarzone luje's Hans Kihlman to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jenni Martinez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 22ndth minute of the game Marek Pruss who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jenni Martinez made a huge save. Jenni Martinez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 26th minute. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jenni Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute of the match, Hans Kihlman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zenon Mockiewicz. In the 92nd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
