Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Hermínio Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Köppens Kamrater's Jens-Ove Lindsten got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Köppens Kamrater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Axelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Köppens Kamrater's Dan Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 11th minute of play. Dan Falkrantz made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Lindsten in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Köppens Kamrater getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hermínio Meireles hit a great ball. Köppens Kamrater's Dan Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Dan Falkrantz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dan Falkrantz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Simão in the 31st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Köppens Kamrater's Hermínio Meireles. But to his dismay, Hermínio Meireles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Köppens Kamrater's goalkeeper Dan Falkrantz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Köppens Kamrater's Alessandro Melchiorre got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jens-Ove Lindsten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jens-Ove Lindsten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Falkrantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 53rd minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Lindsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erling Johansson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Köppens Kamrater's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Dan Falkrantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 65 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens-Ove Lindsten. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Köppens Kamrater's Dan Falkrantz. Dan Falkrantz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 76 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Dan Falkrantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 80 in the game by Jens-Ove Lindsten from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Lindsten in the 89th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Dennis Röd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dan Falkrantz. Köppens Kamrater's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
