Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Akis Lazariadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Ruben in the 10th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Marco Ruben in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marco Ruben's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Ederono Vilardell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marco Ruben made a kick off. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ederono Vilardell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper Ederono Vilardell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Marco Ruben. But to his dismay, Marco Ruben quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper Ederono Vilardell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ruben in the 66th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Marco Ruben notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ruben in the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's goalkeeper Ederono Vilardell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Casaus. In the 91st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ederono Vilardell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
