After taking down the ball on Canada's corner Jan Dixon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cornelio Cordearo quite easily take care of the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Filip Edwards had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelio Cordearo. Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Edwards was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
