After having played for 19 minutes, Jaime Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Krzysztof Rutecki notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the game, Camilo Covarrubias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Krasnosielc the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincent Dawiec in the 27th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wincent Dawiec went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, FC Krasnosielc's goalkeeper Maciej Budrewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. After 37 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Carballal. FC Krasnosielc's Wincent Dawiec got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Maciej Budrewicz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wincent Dawiec was the one to do the kick off. Wincent Dawiec succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 52nd playminute. After 57 minutes, Miromir Dejo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Krasnosielc and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Uruguay booed when FC Krasnosielc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Dejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wincent Dawiec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Maciej Budrewicz. FC Krasnosielc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 69 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Escribano. Joaquin Gayoso was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Miromir Dejo. A sloppy throw-in by Radomir Odachowski in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. 74 minutes into the match, FC Krasnosielc's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Maciej Budrewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes FC Krasnosielc got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Siembab. After a rather tough play, FC Krasnosielc's Miromir Dejo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Maciej Budrewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 92nd minute of the match. Jaime Cazalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Maciej Budrewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maciej Budrewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 95th minute of play. FC Krasnosielc were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Uruguay's much stronger midfield.
