Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tytus Lepucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Puig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Maciejewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Tasis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Maciejewski having to interfere. Eliseo Noboa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Maciejewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, A.A. Pędzący Bimber's goalkeeper Artur Maciejewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseo Noboa. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Lepucki in the 40th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wlodzimierz Jajko kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Axel Tasis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artur Maciejewski skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Dudzik in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Artur Maciejewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A.A. Pędzący Bimber's Artur Maciejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Puig in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tolek Zbydniewski got free with Benito Sanz in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, A.A. Pędzący Bimber's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Alcocer came free, but Artur Maciejewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute Tytus Lepucki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of A.A. Pędzący Bimber booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Noboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Zbydniewski in the 83rd minute of play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Tytus Lepucki tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
