Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Laporte in the 4th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Endel Darmer was slow to take the kick. During this time KFC Vliegplein's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo De Jonge came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 17th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo De Jonge was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo De Jonge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of play. Teo De Jonge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Koen Rosbach during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's Koen Rosbach got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teo De Jonge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teo De Jonge. Teo De Jonge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. Octaaf Bosmans hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when KFC Vliegplein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octaaf Bosmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Teo De Jonge in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo De Jonge having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. Cristian Sancho in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teo De Jonge, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 65th minute of play. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's Koen Rosbach got a free kick in the 77th minute. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vliegplein from getting a goal against them. Paul-Louis Jannes's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul-Louis Jannes helped the player get up and apologised. Paul-Louis Jannes kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Teo De Jonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
