Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Gunnar Björkqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blue Mountain Goats's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Blue Mountain Goats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Björkqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bo Rosen. Bo Rosen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Francisco Seco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 9th playminute. Alberto Gisbert scored 3-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bo Rosen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Blue Mountain Goats's Bo Rosen got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Evert Holm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Karlsson in the 35th minute of play. After 36th play minutes Maximiliano Escribano shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Bo Rosen and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla got a free kick in the 41st minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Karlsson in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Evert Holm made the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Evert Holm sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 53rd minute of play forced Blue Mountain Goats's goalkeeper Bo Rosen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Bo Rosen. Blue Mountain Goats's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Karl-Åke Lundblad kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evert Holm went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Evert Holm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain Goats's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Bo Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Karlsson in the 81st minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bo Rosen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Evert Holm's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert Holm helped the player get up and apologised. 94 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain Goats's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Bo Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Blue Mountain Goats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Björling to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Uruguay fully deserved thier win.
