Rama Sudaryanto made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Black Dragon FC defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rama Sudaryanto. The Black Dragon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rama Sudaryanto should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Hasudungan in the 51st minute of the match. In the 59th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rama Sudaryanto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Handoko Irianto. In the 65th minute, Markus Rotinsulu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. In the 68th minute, Handoko Irianto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rama Sudaryanto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Markus Rotinsulu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Encas Fabanyo's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Encas Fabanyo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, one of Black Dragon FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Black Dragon FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 95th minute of play forced Black Dragon FC's goalkeeper Rama Sudaryanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
